No, you do not have to be present for your property walk-through and estimate. But it is beneficial for you and/or a representative be present. It allows for clarity of expectations you have for your property.

The following actions will be completed by your Softwash Hawaii Representative.

• Verify the size of the property
• Inspect the property’s surfaces for rust, paint, oil, oxidation, etc. to understand which chemicals and methods are required to eliminate the organic growth and staining.
• Identify access points and/or safety issues that may require special equipment or methods.
• Check for adequate water supply for our cleaning system.
• Document any pre-existing damages or issues such as chipped or faded paint, stains, broken glass, etc.

Your Softwash Hawaii Representative will develop and provide you with an estimate.

During the review of the estimate your representative will share his/her observations, experience, and recommendations for your specific property. Should there be a need for additional persons to be part of the discussion/decision. Your representative will be more than happy to set a date/time for a meeting or get on a phone/zoom call to answer any questions that there may be.

Softwash Hawaii uses 100% biodegradable and water-based cleansing solutions. Though our chemicals are eco-friendly we still take every precaution to protect your home, plants, or animals.

There are several factors that are taken into account prior to calculating the price to soft wash your roof.

• Size
• Type of material
• Infestation level
• Height
• Vegetation protection
• Neighboring properties
• Access
• Special equipment

• Relocate all vegetation, furniture, and any items that may be damaged from our cleansing solutions to at least 20 feet from the roofline of the property being cleaned.
• Make sure all windows and doors are closed and locked.
• Relocate all vehicles to a safe distance from the property being cleaned.
