  • Please ensure all doors and windows are securely closed. • Grant us access to all areas of your property.
  • Ensure there’s access to a functioning water source (water spigot).
  • Keep all pets and children indoors during the soft washing process.
  • Water your plants thoroughly before our arrival.

Concerns About Your Plants:

Q: Do I need to worry about my plants?

A: To clean your roof safely and extend its lifespan, we use specific cleaning solutions and/or sodium hypochlorite. While soft washing with sodium hypochlorite eliminates the risk of high-pressure damage to your roof, it presents other inherent risks.

Sodium hypochlorite is used to eliminate organic matter on your roof’s shingles or tiles. However, the runoff from this cleaning agent may potentially harm nearby organic plant life.

We cannot guarantee that your landscaping will remain completely unaffected, and caution against believing any cleaner who claims otherwise. However, we take measures to minimize risks:

  • We divert water runoff away from areas with significant plant life.
  • We dilute cleaning agents by spraying water and Plant Wash before and after the job.

These precautions significantly reduce the risk of affecting plant life. If you notice any issues, please contact us immediately for prompt assistance.

We kindly request the following preparations be made prior to our service:

  1. Ensure all doors and windows are securely shut.
  2. Provide us with access to all areas of your property.
  3. Ensure there is access to a functioning water source.
  4. Ensure that all pets and children are safely indoors.
  5. Remove screens from windows.
  6. Clear any patio furniture, potted plants, or other types of materials that may obstruct safe window access.

Regarding potential inclement weather:

In the event of rain on the day of service, we maintain our scheduling to ensure timely service for all customers. We are equipped to perform window cleaning in light rain; however, heavy rainfall may necessitate rescheduling. Rain typically does not impact freshly cleaned windows, but if any spots are noticed within 48 hours, please notify us for complimentary touch-ups.

Our window cleaning terms of service stipulate that regular cleaning does not cover the removal of certain substances, including glue, paint, artillery fungus, calcium deposits, mineral deposits, or adhesives. For removal of such substances, such as paint or hard water stains, a tempered glass waiver must be signed.

We appreciate your attention to these details and look forward to providing exceptional service.
