This allows us to understand your property, your expectations, and whether our preservation-first approach is the right fit.

Our Evaluation Process

You’ll complete a short questionnaire that helps us understand the property type, scope, and preservation goals.
Qualification & Fit Review
If your responses indicate alignment with our preservation model, you’ll be invited to schedule a Property Preservation Evaluation.

Begin the Property Alignment Review
The Property Alignment Review helps determine whether SoftWash Hawaii’s preservation-first services are the right fit for your property.
This step is required prior to scheduling an evaluation.
The review typically takes 3–5 minutes to complete.
What Happens After You Submit
If your responses indicate alignment, you’ll be directed to schedule a Property Preservation Evaluation using our online booking system.
If the property or expectations fall outside our scope, we’ll let you know respectfully — no follow-up sales pressure.
