b"WHAT CAN I EXPECT?WHAT CAN I EXPECT?Our process is designed to eradicate MOSS, ALGAE, and MILDEW. These are common forms of fungus that grow on your home, eating and decomposingyour roof and other surface materials at an alarming rate. Our soft washing process will kill the fungus and keep it from returning for a longer periodof time. 1 PLANTSOur cleaning solution effectively removes algae from your roof and prevents its return for up to 5 years. Whilesome plants beneath the roof's drip line may experience slight defoliation, others may lose their leaves entirely. This condition, though temporary and unsightly, typically resolves within 90 days, with 90% of affected plantsrecovering.Similar effects may occur when cleaning driveways and walkways, where the grass adjacent to the concretemay turn brown for up to six inches. However, this discoloration usually fades after one to two edgings ormowings. To minimize landscape damage, we recommend thoroughly watering your landscaping before and after ourservice to ensure proper hydration. Additionally, we take precautions to protect your landscaping during theservice. While we strive to minimize plant damage, factors such as post-service watering, the health of thelandscaping, and plant species may impact the outcome. While we cannot guarantee zero plant damage due tothese variables, we are committed to working with you to find a fair resolution.2 PAINTED SURFACESOur soft washing process involves a gentle spray stream, lighter than that of a garden hose, to apply ourchemical solution. However, during the cleaning of your roof or home, you may encounter some paint flaking. This occurs when the surface was not adequately prepared before painting, allowing fungus to remainunderneath the paint. As algae grows again, it separates the new layer of paint from the old, resulting in flaking.Another rare occurrence we occasionally observe is a change in paint pigment on the painted surface. Theaffected paint, typically brown or blue, may sometimes turn green. To address this potential issue, our crewconducts a small colorfast test on your paint before beginning the cleaning process. In 90% of cases, this testalerts us to any potential problems, allowing us to seek your approval before proceeding. However, there areoccasions where even this test does not uncover the issue. It's important to note that this is a rare condition and typically indicative of a problem with the paint itself. Whilewe do not assume liability for this condition, our Authorized Professionals are available to provide assistance andguidance at your request.3 DRIVEWAY CLEANINGOur soft wash driveway cleaning may not appear as pristine as pressure washing initially, until several hard rainshave rinsed away the residue of the dead algae. We intentionally refrain from rinsing during the cleaningprocess to ensure that the cleaning solution has ample time to penetrate the pores of the driveway, effectivelyeliminating 100% of the algae. Following the rainfall, your driveway will achieve the same level of cleanliness asone that has been pressure washed, with results lasting four to six times longer.Call 808-352-8885 for more info!"
